Meet Jessica
Are you dealing with perinatal or postpartum depression or anxiety? Are you a new parent feeling overstimulated, touched out, and dysregulated? Are you going through an overwhelming life transition? Nice to meet you! I'm Jessica. I'm here to support you and give you the tools to find a sense of grounding in the midst of this transition and moving forward.
It is my passion to work with individuals in all seasons of transition. I have over seven years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is rooted in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation, which means we address whole body's response to this stressor. In addition, I utilize internal family systems (IFS) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address the mind and emotions. I specialize in postpartum and early parenthood transitions, and have training specific to perinatal mental health disorders (postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage).
If you're exhausted, overstimulated, or no longer feeling like yourself, this is a space where you can exhale, reset, and rebuild from a steadier place. I'm here to help you find your footing again - gently, practically, and without judgement.
